Terms of Service

SMS Verify provides temporary phone numbers that receive one-time verification (SMS) codes on your behalf. Numbers are rented for a limited time for a single verification and are not intended for ongoing personal or business phone use.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

The Service runs on a prepaid wallet. Funds you add are used to purchase numbers at the price shown before each purchase. If a verification code does not arrive before a number expires, or you cancel an eligible number within the allowed window, the amount is refunded to your wallet.

Wallet balances are credit toward Service usage, are non-transferable, and — except where required by law — are not redeemable for cash. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful account verification. Prohibited uses include fraud, spam, harassment, evading bans or bulk-registering accounts in violation of a third party's terms, and any illegal activity. See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Numbers, prices and delivery depend on upstream carriers and providers. We do not guarantee that a specific service, country, or number will be available, or that a code will be delivered — which is exactly why undelivered codes are refunded.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
